Resistafire, Inc. cannot warrant or guarantee a fire
will not occur and cannot guarantee in all cases its products will
keep a fire under control. Even metal and stone, brick, or block
structures can burn and rage-out-of-control. The fire retardant
application products are designed to make materials highly flame
resistant and to slow down or stop fires from spreading.
Resistafire, Inc. warrants its application of flame retardant
application products to be in accordance with the manufacturer’s
directions, requirements, and instructions.
Resistafire, Inc. is a
licensed distributor of various flame retardant application
products and is not a manufacturer of any of the products it uses
or sells and cannot warrant the manufacture or content of the
products. The products used by Resistafire, Inc. are warranted by
the manufacturer, Flame Stop, Inc., therefore, Resistafire, Inc.
cannot make any additional warranties with regard to the products
it uses since it has no control over the manufacturing process. Resistafire, Inc. cannot provide any warranty for the application
of any flame retardant application products sold by Resistafire,
Inc. for consumer self-applications since it has no control over
the application.
