Applications include
commercial and residential interior surfaces such as paneling, non-porous
substrates, veneer, gypsum board, wood, plastic, previously treated
surfaces and MDF. |

Advantages:
Class A one coat system. FLAME SPREAD 10. Class A, FLAME SPREAD 0 for 30
minute NFPA 703 with two coats. Flame Stop, Intumescent Paint is user
friendly, water based, non-toxic labor saving, mold inhibitor, fast
curing, high coverage rate, stain blocker, may be used as a primer or
finish coat.
Limitations:
Do not dilute. Storage Range: 45 degrees F. to 110 degrees F. Shelf
life: 1 year if kept within storage temperatures. We suggest a small
compatibility test.

Application:
Flame Stop IM should be applied as is by spray, brush or roll. Use
airless sprayer suitable for applying latex-based paint. Tips sizes vary
however we suggest a .017. Apply at the rate of 150 square feet per
gallon for ASTM E-84. For NFPA 703 (30 minute test) apply two coats at
200 square feet per gallon.
